We're on the main A841 road through Pirnmill on the west coast of the Isle of Arran. The honesty box sits by the roadside — you can't miss it at the weekend.
Look for the wee wooden box by the road — it's usually stocked by 9am.
Getting here
Ferry from Ardrossan to Brodick
Take the CalMac ferry from Ardrossan to Brodick (about 55 minutes). From Brodick, follow the A841 south and then west around the island — Pirnmill is on the west coast, about 18 miles from Brodick.
Ferry from Claonaig to Lochranza
The seasonal CalMac ferry from Claonaig on the Kintyre peninsula arrives at Lochranza in the north of Arran. From Lochranza, head south on the A841 — Pirnmill is about 8 miles down the west coast road.
Driving on Arran
The A841 is the main coastal road that circles the island. Pirnmill is a small village on the west coast. There is roadside parking near the honesty box.
When to visit
The honesty box is stocked fresh every Saturday and Sunday morning. We bake in small batches, so popular items can sell out — arriving before noon gives you the best chance of finding everything.
